Go to www.BuildingDepartment.com/login, and click on the Lost Your Password? link to bring up the Reset Request Page.

Enter your ID into the box, and click Reset My Password. You will receive an email shortly with a new password.

If you have forgotten your User ID, or the email address we have on file for you is incorrect, resetting your password will not work. Please email us at LostPassword@BuildingDepartment.com with your name, address, phone number, current email address, and User ID (if you can remember), and we will reset your information manually.
